Fee Rules  
New Admission / Registration:
 
New Admission/Registration for the session 2019 – 2020 is open for classes Pre Nursery to VII. The Registration Forms are available from 8.30 am to 2.00 p.m. at the Fee Counter.
 
Age requirement for admission to Prep, LKG & UKG is as follows:
 
Play Group - 2 +, Pre Nursery - 2 ½ +, LKG - 3 ½ +, UKG - 4 ½ + (as on 31st Mar 2019)

Face To Face: (Pre Nursery - VII)

Parents of the new admission to classes pre nursery to VII are invited to attend Hawan on 11 March 2019 at 8:00 am followed by one to one interaction with the class teacher on the first day of the session. It will help to develop a better understanding of the child.

The school conducts test of the Subject of English, Maths and Science. There is no written test for Nursery.

Documents Required:  
 
  1. Birth Certificate from Health Department for child who is seeking 1st admission in Nursery, LKG OR UKG.
  2. School Leaving Certificate for a child who is taking admission on transfer/migration reasons.
  3. Latest passport size photographs of child & Parent.
  4. Migration Certificate. ( if required )
  5. Transfer order of the parents. ( if required )
  6. Address proof.
Fee and Dues:
 
  1. All tuition fees are payable bimonthly by 10 of the first month for which charges are due except in April and January.
  2. All School dues are accepted in cash at its fee counter. The school also accepts cheques  upto 7th  of the applicable month. No outstation cheques  are accepted . For any bounced cheque Rs. 250/- will be charged along with late fee . The cheque should be drawn in  favour of   DAV Police Public School, Narnaul.  The student’s  name,  class ,  Section,  admission no. and contact no. of parents must be written on the back side of the cheque and the deposit slip .
  3. If a student fails to pay school dues within the specified period his name will be struck off and the child will have to be readmitted. Readmission charges are Rs. 2000/-
  4. A late fine of Rs 10/- per day shall be levied from 11th onwards. No fee will be accepted from 26th to the last day of the month, for which no fine will be counted. 
  5. Swab Machine will soon be in operation for the convenience of the parents.
 
Transport Rules:
 
  1. Parents of old students who wish to avail school transport for the new session shall fill up the new Transport Option form available with the class teachers and return to the concerned class teacher.  
  2. Parents of new admission shall contact Transport Incharge  regarding stoppage point, pick up time and dropping time of their ward.
  3. The students who avail transport facility shall be issued separate identity cards for transport. Transport facility can be withdrawn by the school if any student is found damaging the school bus or not following the bus rules. Any damage done by the student in the bus will be made good by him/her.
  4. Transport facility is available for the full session. No withdrawls are allowed in between except in case of transfer or change of residence for which an application is to be submitted along with documents well in advance (at least one month). In such cases one month charges will be taken at the time of withdrawl of transport facility.
  5. A child is required to reach at the bus stop venue at least 5 minutes in advance. Parents are requested to pick up their child from the bus stop in the afternoon. The driver has the instructions to wait for two minutes only while dropping your child in the afternoon. If there is no one to pick up the child, he/she will be brought back to the school. In that case the parent has to pick up his child from the school only.
GENERAL RULES:
 
  1. No student will bring mobile phone, Walkman and jewellery of any kind to the school. Any student found having such things in the school will be expelled for the school with immediate effect.
  2. Study plan, time table and school diaries will be issued to the student in their respective classes.
  3. Parents must observe strict discipline at the reception and school gates. Parent are not allowed move around in the school or outside the class room. 
  4. For any kind of assistance, Parents may contact the Principal/Incharge between 9:00 am and 10:00 am or 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm.
